There are many causes of eczema, the most common is prolonged contact with objects that are irritating. The irritation could be from chemicals or even dry skin that leads to itching and burning. It can be the result of anything that can irritate the skin, such as foods, detergents, perfume, sun, and anything else that can cause a flare-up of symptoms.
There are three main types of eczema that are often confused with each other. It can be difficult to diagnose them correctly unless they are treated correctly. There are many patients that think that the skin rash they have is the eczema they think it is. They may also treat the eczema with medications, and then it goes away, but they could have something else to treat.
Allergies that contain irritants and irritants that are skin irritants are the biggest problem when dealing with eczema. When these problems are left untreated, they can cause the skin to become inflamed, which will then cause the symptoms to come back.
The first type of eczema is known as Atopic Dermatitis. People who have this form of eczema usually have a mild form of eczema, in addition to a lot of reactions to food, preservatives, hair products, perfumes, alcohol, and sunscreen. The things that could cause an allergic reaction are many, and they are different for each person. There are some people that cannot get a reaction to what someone else is allergic to, while there are other people that can get a reaction from any type of substance.
People who have Atopic Dermatitis are more likely to be sensitive to dust mites, house dust mites, perfumes, dead skin cells, and preservatives. This type of eczema usually appears at night and stays with them all day. If left untreated, it will usually come back on the next day.
The second eczema type is called Dry Eczema. The people that have this form of eczema seem to react to moisturizers better than they do to anything else. However, this type of eczema often reappears because the people can not deal with the topical moisturizer.
This is the type of eczema that seems to be more prone to dryness and moisture retention. For most people, they can apply a moisturizer, but for others, they have to let the area air dry. This helps reduce the skin irritation that they are experiencing.
The third type of eczema is called Eczema Dermatitis. The people that have this form of eczema also react to preservatives, perfumes, perfumed clothing, and the things that can be found in beauty products. They have a very difficult time breathing because of the dry skin, redness, and irritation.
Because of the sensitivity of this type of eczema, these patients often use steroids to treat it. However, steroids need to be used cautiously because they may cause an overdose or other side effects. It has also been said that it should be used to treat mild cases of eczema.
